Q: How do I activate my Pro license?
A: After purchasing, you'll receive a license key via email (to your PayPal email address). Click the Tab Manager icon, go to Settings, and enter your license key. The extension will activate automatically.
Q: Can I use my license on multiple devices?
A: Each license is tied to one device. If you need to switch devices, contact support at
[email protected] for a device reset (allowed once every 30 days).
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure PayPal payment gateway.
Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel anytime through your PayPal account. Go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → Find Tab Manager Pro → Cancel. Your license will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Q: The AI organization isn't working. What should I do?
A: Make sure you have at least 5 tabs open. The AI works best with diverse tab content. Try refreshing the extension (close and reopen the popup) or contact support if the issue persists.
Q: How do I customize keyboard shortcuts?
A: Go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts in your browser, find "Tab Manager with AI", and customize the shortcuts to your preference.
Q: Is my browsing data collected?
A: No. We do not collect, store, or transmit any browsing data. All tab organization happens locally in your browser. See our

🔧 Troubleshooting
License Activation Issues
- Check that you entered the license key correctly (format: TABPRO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
- Verify the email address matches your PayPal account
- Make sure you're connected to the internet during activation
- Try refreshing the extension page
AI Organization Not Working
- Ensure you have at least 5 tabs open
- Close and reopen the extension popup
- Check that tabs are regular web pages (not
chrome:// URLs)
- Make sure all tabs are in the current window
Keyboard Shortcuts Not Responding
- Verify shortcuts at
chrome://extensions/shortcuts
- Check for conflicts with other extensions
- Try customizing to different key combinations
- Restart Chrome
